Rajdhani is a progressive organization specializing in the development of quality dining experiences throughout Qatar with additional diversified businesses associated with the hospitality industry. Founded and driven by Hasnain N Nasser (CEO) of the group, was founded in 2018 and now operates performance restaurant and with exciting projects under development, in addition to the associated businesses within the portfolio. Rajdhani owns and operate our own restaurant. Since its inception, Rajdhani has developed and in transition of acquiring more outlets & operating f&b projects in Qatar.
CEO & Founder Message
Since childhood, I have been very passionate about food, in my teens I started my journey across India to enhance my palate. During my travels, I have experienced diverse culinary gems from various Indian cuisines, but could pass over the influence of slow fading Mughlai heritage in many of them. It was during my early days when i started exploring Mughlai cuisine’s first origins which were in the kitchens of the Delhi Sultanate, then the Capital or “Rajdhani” of the Mighty Mughal Empire, where slow-cooking techniques from Persia and Afghanistan met Indian spices and meats. My passion for food has grown ever since and I when I cook, I make every effort to abide by the recipe and the process followed in ancient days, I really enjoy cooking, then as it involves a lot of dedication and gets everyone around me tuned in to the process I follow while cooking. With practice I have learned that it is not all about spices, it is about adding the right spice in the right measurements with dedicated time to cook and succeeding the actual process. Getting the combination right of these elements is paramount in Mughlai Cuisine. It was a challenge for me to bring in all these essentials of cooking and warm hospitality under one roof however, my passion has always been my motivation and with each step, we build Rajdhani where you will experience cuisine served is unique, rich and defines truthfulness of cuisine in Mughal Era. Along with food it was crucial for me to create the experience of such exclusive dining with right atmosphere and hospitality. For us at Rajdhani, hospitality is an attitude and not a skill, our arty ambience will make you feel that you dining in a Mughal era with warm hospitality and startling flavors.
Our company objective is to establish superior dining facilities in prime locations that offer high quality dining experiences in a friendly, relaxed environment at an affordable price that represents excellent value for money. Total customer satisfaction is our aim. At the same time, any developments must contribute to the overall profitability of the company. To achieve these objectives, chefs are recruited from the international market, staff is trained to a high level and ingredients and produce are sourced from the best available locations. Similar standards are also demanded to ensure customer satisfaction within our subsidiary companies.
